Zanetine's refund policy varied depending on the services provided.
Graphic Design:
Graphic design service require 40% non-refundable deposit. Client should pay balance payment before transfer of source files to client.
Once the client finalized all artwork/design/layout design, and pay for the service agreed upon, any payment made to Zanetine is non-refundable.
PSD to HTML Service:
- Full order amount should be paid to Zanetine before starting work on this service, Unless client have prior arrangement with Zanetine.
- If the client requests for a refund before a project is started, Zanetine will refund full amount. No Questions Asked. Client must request refund within Five days from the date of order.
- If this type of project is cancelled by Zanetine, Refund on Full order amount or deposit is issued to the client.
- If client is not satisfied with final product. (In this case client needs to Contact us stating reason for dissatisfaction.
Zanetine will go through the project based on client's feedback and make every effort to get it right.
If still the client is not satisfied then Zanetine will refund 50% of amount paid.)
Web Design, Database, Application and E-Commerce Development:
- If a project is cancelled or postponed by The client, all payments paid are retained by Zanetine.
and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by The client.
- If a project is cancelled by Zanetine, Full refund is issued to the client.
- Normally Zanetine doesn't ask for any deposit to start working on these websites/projects. Clients are asked to pay only after completion of website/project.
Online Marketing and SEO Services:
Due to the nature of these services, no refunds are given for fees paid to Zanetine.
