Your access to and use of Zanetine website ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must immediately stop using the website else it will be termed as your acceptance.
Zanetine will carry out work only where a written consent is provided by mail.
The client shall closely work with Zanetine to provide all required information and timely feedback.
The client shall review the completed website/project and provide feedback in a reasonable timeframe, and get all adjustments and modifications done in one month free support period.
The client shall be ready to transfer or make live a completed website within the 7(Seven) Days after completion of website.
The client shall pay the agreed payment for a website/project before transfer of website/project to its domain or Company.
Zanetine shall provide one month 'free of cost' support on all websites/projects, One month support period starts from completion date of website/project.
Zanetine reserves the right to:
1. Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice. Zanetine shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
2. Change these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
Though every effort will be made to ensure that the website and any work done by us is free of errors but Zanetine cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it. The web server, website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of Zanetine until all outstanding accounts are paid in full. Any work done (unless specifically agreed) by Zanetine remain the copyright of Zanetine and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of Zanetine.
Zanetine cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client.
Zanetine will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client or any of the clients appointed agents.
Zanetine will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or any material provided by its agents.
Whilst every reasonable care to ensure freedom from errors of any web project undertaken for the client. But still Zanetine cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred by the use of any software created for the client, and the ultimate responsibility lies with the client in ensuring that all software is functioning correctly before use.
Zanetine provides 5 year warranty on any bug/error occurred in any web project undertaken for the client. The client warrants the understanding and acceptance that, as it is not possible to guarantee computer software products are absolutely error free. However bugs/errors are already covered by 5 year warranty.
The client is expected to test fully any application or programming relating to a site developed by Zanetine before being made generally available for use. Where "bugs", errors or other issues are found after the site is live, Zanetine will endeavour to correct these issues to meet the standards of function outlined in the brief.
Zanetine shall not be held responsible to resolve any bugs/errors of any web project undertaken for the client, If someone else, who is not authorized by Zanetine, modified the work undertaken by Zanetine.
Zanetine provides a demo link of website/project on Zanetine servers, where client can visit under construction web projects and monitor the progress.
A deposit may be required from a new client before any work is carried out. In all cases, any costs incurred by Zanetine on behalf of the client are payable in advance and are non-refundable.
It is the Zanetine policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Zanetine or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, Before transfer of source code to client's live domain or company or client. No later than 15 days from the date of the invoice if client have prior arrangement with Zanetine.
